How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our New York headquarters. We understand you’re eager to start building, so we work efficiently to ship your items without delay.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two main shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipment. Perfect for when you need items for upcoming projects.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more, using EMS with delivery in 15-25 days after shipment. Excellent value when stocking up on multiple items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer global delivery to most regions worldwide. However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot ship to certain parts of Asia and select remote regions. We’re constantly working to expand our reach.
How are my model railroad items packaged?
