Just as we meticulously craft and package your delicate railroad components, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your N scale treasures don’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns and exchanges process is here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
2. Complete the Return Form: Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information
3. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
4. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials to prevent damage during transit
5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at 1758 Pallet Street, New York, US 10004, including the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition:

• Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the returned item
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

• We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
• If the exchange item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference
• If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
• Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected]
• Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
• In some cases, we may request return of the defective item for quality control purposes
