All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Please Note: We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your N scale treasures. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward process makes returns and exchanges simple.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all protective materials
  • Including all tags, accessories, and documentation

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
  4. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all protective materials

Refund Processing

Once we receive and verify your returned item:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

Exchange Processing

  • Replacement items ship once we receive the returned product
  • If exchanging for higher-value items, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If exchanging for lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and integrity of specialized N scale components, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • N Scale Detail Parts (opened packages)
  • N Scale Locomotive and Rolling Stock Details (opened packages)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Digital download products

Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper installation are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • We may request return of defective items for quality control
